If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Just make sure the item is in its original condition. If you have any questions about the return process, feel free to reach out!

Yes, we do! We are happy to ship our unique items internationally. Shipping costs may vary, so be sure to check your rates at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment online.

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Stripe and more. Choose whatever is most convenient for you at checkout.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can assist you if the order has not already been processed for shipping.

For new items, we offer a warranty according to the manufacturer’s policy. For vintage and preowned items, please check the product description for more details.

If your item arrives damaged, please let us know right away. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Currently, we only ship orders directly to you. However, we hope to offer in-store pickup in the future!

What are your shipping options?

If you purchase via eBay.com, Your chipping options are USPS & UPS standard shipping rates. When purchasing on iggysjunktrunk.com, Shippings options are the same as eBay with addition to various other carriers. Contact us to find out more! 

If purchasing on eBay.com, follow instructions in your eBay dashboard. Once item is received and inspected. A refund will be initiated. Contact us before taking any action so we can make sure you can be assisted properly! 

Simply contact as soon as possible or if purchasing via eBay, follow instructions in your dashboard so you can return directions to quickly replace or return the defective item. We want to assure you you have a positive experience. So if in doubt, get in touch!
